Registration fellowships available to attend world congress of environmental history

Journalists interested in attending an international congress in Denmark that will focus on understanding human interaction with the environment may be eligible for registration fellowships. Journalists requesting a fellowship by April 30 will also be first considered for travel grants.
The First World Congress of Environmental History, which will take place
August 4 to 8 in Copenhagen, Denmark, will draw scholars, policymakers, and land managers from around the world.
Among the topics to be covered: global change, renewable energy, water resources, forest management, biodiversity, agriculture, traditional knowledge and environmental justice. Nearly 500 paper and poster presentations from more than 40 countries are expected.
